délieusement boisé, elle est typique des absinthes

The famous Edouard Pernod! One of the best vintage absinthe, here produced in Tarragona,
Spain, in the 10's-20's - the "provisional bottling" label would indicate that it's one of the
earliest Spanish bottles - right after Edouard Pernod sold to the Pernod SA group.
A superb amber color and a delicious woody taste, typical of the Edouard Pernod absinthes
from before and after 1900, very masculine, a nectar reserved to connoiseurs!

Absinthe Georges Pernod, une marque non
référencée dont c'est ici l'unique bouteille. 26mg
de thuyone, 53° d'alcool, elle pourrait provenir
d'une distillerie de la région parisienne où les
absinthes à 55° étaient courantes. La couleur
pêche de l'absinthe troublée est magnifique. Au
nez, les notes de têtes sont fleuries et fruitées.
Au goût, c'est une explosion de plantes et de
saveurs, on passe de l'anis au fenouil, des fruits
secs aux agrumes. Une merveille au palais !

Absinthe Georges Pernod, the sole bottle ever unearthed from this unrecorded
brand. 26mg of thujone, 53% alcohol, it may come from a distillery located in -
or near - Paris where 55% absinthes were widely produced. The peachy color
of the louched absinthe is beautiful. At nose, the front notes are of flowers and
fruits. In mouth, this is an explosion of herbs and savors, it goes from anise to
fennel and from dried fruits to citrus fruits. A gem for the taste buds!

Wonderful absinthe Pernod Fils from 1890-1900, period where bottles were
showing blatant signs of hand-blowing, especially on the base and the neck
(see picture). A mythical absinthe with a very powerful, rich, complex and floral
taste. We recommend tasting it at a low dilution ratio to start with, 1 part Pernod
Fils for 2 to 3 parts water, that way you'll be surprised by the power of this 120
years old lady.
